http://ATTENTION FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS: As you may have heard, EMS Southwest Inc., which has provided ambulance service in our area for the past 29 years, notified Greene County Department of Emergency Services that they will no longer be taking 911 calls within Greene County. Franklin Township has addressed this recent emergency service crisis that directly affects our residents. The Supervisors have designated Ambulance and Chair EMS, Inc. as our primary ambulance 911 emergency service effective 7:00am Thursday, September 19, 2024. The Supervisors are hopeful that this new company will meet the needs of our Franklin Township residents.
